Payment Methods

At X Shift Gearboxes, we not only strive to deliver top-tier gearboxes and motorsport components, but also provide secure and convenient payment options tailored to our customers' needs.

As a Czech-based company with international reach, we prefer to process all payments in euros (EUR). This ensures smooth transactions across borders and avoids unnecessary currency conversion issues.

We currently support the following verified and secure payment methods:

1. Bank Transfer (preferred method)

Our primary and preferred method of payment is via bank transfer. After placing your order, you will receive an invoice with all the necessary bank details. This method is suitable for both businesses and individuals and is available for customers in all countries.

2. Card Payment via GP Webpay

We also accept secure online card payments through the GP Webpay payment gateway. This method is fast, safe, and ideal for those who prefer instant transactions without going through a bank.

3. Wise (formerly TransferWise) – Non-EU Customers Only

Customers outside the European Union may choose to pay via Wise, a trusted platform known for low fees and favorable exchange rates. If you're located outside the EU and wish to use Wise, please contact us for instructions.

4. Cash Payment – Exceptional Cases Only

Cash payments are accepted only under special circumstances and by prior agreement. This is typically limited to in-person pickups at our facility and is not a standard payment method.

VAT Information

X Shift Gearboxes s.r.o. is a registered VAT payer in the Czech Republic. Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown on our website are excluding VAT.

  • EU Customers (with valid VAT ID):
    For customers within the European Union who provide a valid VAT number, we will issue invoices under the reverse charge mechanism, meaning no VAT will be added.

  • EU Customers (without VAT ID):
    If you are based in the EU but do not provide a valid VAT number, we are required to add 21% Czech VAT to your invoice.

  • Customers outside the EU:
    For exports outside the European Union, we issue invoices without VAT, in accordance with export regulations.
