Toyota Yaris Cup Czech

At the end of 2021, a collaboration with Italian racing team T-racing began to take shape, who were very interested in a sequential gearbox from X Shift Gearboxes for Toyota GR Yaris for their GR Yaris Rally Cup which takes place under the Gazoo Racing banner.

The first unit was delivered in December 2021. It didn't  take long and early Gebruary 2022, this sequential gearbox was the only one homologated for the Italian GR Yaris Rally Cup, for which we delivered 20 more units of these gearboxes by the end of april with all our efforts.

The gearboxes have managed without problems all the 6 events scheduled in the Italian GR Yaris Rally Cup for 2022. The Cup continues with the same gearboxes and enjoys great interest and popularity among the drivers and fans.

Soon after achievements in Italy, the company established it's own rally series in Czech Republic. Toyota Yaris Cup Czech is part of the Czech Republic Rally Championship and is supported by Toyota Czech Republic.

After the trial season that allowed us to gain the necessary experience, TYCC stepped up to a higher level. With improved conditions, more attractive rewards, and overall enhanced organization, next seasons became an appealing and exciting competition for crews and fans alike, enriching the rally scene in the Czech Republic.

The founder of TYCC and owner of X Shift Gearboxes, Mr. František Macho, makes significant efforts to ensure a smooth run of the series and attend most of the events where the cup takes place. From the begginig of the cup to this date, there were multiple teams with vehicles built according to the cup regulations, including sequential gearboxes from X Shift Gearboxes, once again proving their quality and reliability.
