We transport in special, tailor-made cushioned boxes, that have their own filling precisely on the feather to prevent any damage. The price of the shipping box is included in the price of the gearbox! 

All shipments are insured for the value of the goods on the invoice - in the event of problems or loss of the shipment, the customer is compensated.

Global Shipping Coverage

We offer worldwide shipping for all our products. Regardless of your location, we will arrange transportation to ensure your order reaches you securely and without, or wit minimal delay. It is not a problem to choose both cost-effective slower transportation and express fast transportation (by air). The exception is high-risk countries, which may be risky in terms of transportation or impossible in terms of sanctions.

Logistics Partners

Based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and nature of each shipment, we utilize the services of the following professional carriers:

  • DHL, FedEx - for small or heavy parcels - worldwide (express possibly) 

  • UPS – for smaller parcels up to 45 kg - worldwide (express possibly) 

  • DB Schenker – for palletized and heavier shipments within Europe

All shipments are securely packaged and include tracking information, enabling you to monitor your delivery in real time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated individually and depend on the following factors:

  • Destination country

  • Weight and dimensions of the shipment

  • Preferred carrier (if specified)

  • Required delivery speed

Once your order has been confirmed, our team will provide you with an accurate shipping quote before dispatch. This allows us to offer the most cost-effective and reliable shipping method for your specific order. Upon agreement, it is possible to carry out your own transport (DHL customer account preferred). Personal collection in the Czech Republic is also possible.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected carrier. Typical estimated timeframes are as follows:

  • Europe: 1–5 business days

  • Rest of the world: 3–9 business days

A tracking number will be sent to you once the shipment has been dispatched. A final invoice is also sent, which is necessary for customs clearance. In case of customs problems, we are willing to provide assistance.
