New transfer case was developed with significant design improvements. Our CNC billet case has additional ribs to support heat transfer between hot oil and surrounding air. Other new feature in the field of oil management is additional output with drilled strainer, that can be connected to external oil cooler. In case you use X Shift sequential gearbox, we recommend using our lubrication system. Instead of small, separated amount of oil in transfer case, we use a powerful lubrication pump that provides an oil supply from our sequential gearbox to the transfer and back to oil fill.
There are two options of mounting the transfer to the gearbox. OEM version uses studs, which is proven and functional solution, however it has a downside, that it doesn´t allow dismounting of the transfer without removing full gearbox from the car. To solve this problem, we modified design of the case and added option to replace studs with IMBUS bolts. Due to these adjustments it´s possible to remove transfer from the car without removinig full gearbox, you have to only dismount the axle housing.
