Billet SHD Front Transfer

Front transfer case is a must-have for any performance application of Toyota GR Yaris or Corolla. We put a huge effort to development of Full GR Yaris/Corolla transfer, which solves issues associated with weak OEM transfer.

Our solution includes:

Billet transfer case and cap – +25 % of oil fill in comparison with OEM
Upgraded hypoid gearing – larger teeth to withstnad higher torque
Strong input shaft – thicker wall and securing nut instead of snap ring
Upgraded pinion bearing
Our new output shaft
All the necessary components like bearings, gaskets, screws and others

Transfer Case Lubrication System

Our billet transfer case is pre-machined for Transfer Case Lubrication System (TCLS), that sigificantly improves performance of the transfer.

In OEM front transfer case, heat buildup and poor oil circulation are critical issues that lead to accelerated wear and limited service life of hypoid gearing. The TCLS eliminates these weaknesses. By ensuring continuous oil flow by oil pump circuit, it reduce operating temperatures, maximizes durability and extends the life of critical drivetrain components – delivering the reliability that standard solutions simply cannot achieve.

Shifting lever sets

X Shift sequential gear levers for Toyota GR Yaris/Corrola offer quick and sharp shifting experience while keeping high standard in design and ergonomy. Levers contain integrated electronics used for ignition cut and flatshifting strategies inside the engine ECU. All shifting levers also have built-in lever to control reverse lock worm operating on the shifting barrel. Gear lever base, uniball joints and strain gauge are also included.

Available configurations:

Carbon or Aluminium lever (CNC machined from aircraft grade AL)
Selector rod or bowden
Left, right or central base

With sequential levers we also supply programmable LED display with automatic dimmer to ensure good visibility at any time of the day. You can choose standard or small version of display. We also provide pracical sunvisors, which are 3D printed from high quality ASA black plastic.

To easily connect LED display, gear position sensor and battery of the car with ECU and gear lever strain gauge you can use our Wiring Harness Loom.

In cooperation with MME Motorsport, we present the pneumatic shifting kit, which brings you super fast shifting experience with uninterrupted full control of the steering wheel with both hands. Whole kit is very easy to assemble and no other gearbox modifications are required. Depending on your car purpose, there are many options and additional features to achieve even better performance.
