The Mitsubishi EVO 4-9 and X full sequential gearbox is supplied with our lightweight rear cover, middle cover and power pack mount even if only the sequential kit is supplied. This transmission has the fastest shifting mechanism and the strongest shafts, gears, hubs, shifters and forks when it comes to 6-speed sequential gearboxes on the market. It also features an oil pump that extends component life and an oil cooler can easily be added due to the oil lines from the pump. The gearboxalso has connections for possible hydraulic shifting, or air paddle shifting.
Can handle 900Nm of torque.
The parts and components are made from full metrial high alloy billet steel, including the shift forks, which are also nitrided for better wear resistance. All parts are polished using REM isotropic superfinishing technology.
When the sequential kit is delivered, the original bell housing and centre differential are used to assemble the complete sequential gearbox. We also supply these original parts new and will also assemble the complete transmission.
The transmission fits directly into the car without any modifications.
X Shift offers either sequential kits or complete transmissions assembled with OEM parts and ready to install in your car. OEM parts can be supplied by the customer or we can supply brand new parts. Fitting a complete transmission at X Shift saves the time and uncertainty of fitting a sequential transmission by the customer themselves.
The OEM parts used are the standard bell housing (clutch housing), centre differential with bearings and small parts like bearings, speed sensor, reverse sensor etc..
Our Mitsubishi EVO IV-X transmissions contain an oil pump, so it is better lubricated, which has a positive effect on the life of the parts. Also, it is possible to simply add an oil cooler - remove the hoses on the rear cover and it gets 3 inlets and 3 outlets for the cooler. Last but not least, the transmission has a connection for hydraulics. Thanks to the precision shifting system, the shift delay is significantly less compared to other gearboxes. Our kits also include the casted casings, which contains the shift mechanism, oil pump, etc. We can also supply the proven MME pneumatic paddle shifters that fit directly onto our gearbox without any modifications.
All shift forks and mechanism parts are milled from solid material and improved, ensuring strength. All parts are polished using REM isotropic superfinishing technology.
This lever fits any application where there does not need to be a "flip" lever. That is, when pushed forward it downshifts, when pulled back it upshifts.
The lever includes a built-in strain gauge that has a 0-5V analog output for disconnecting the ignition.
